Description

The rig that makes learning windsurfing straightforward.

The Swing V2 is designed to introduce beginners to windsurfing in a simple, dependable way. With its deep, forgiving profile, it offers clear feedback between power and depower — helping newcomers quickly understand balance, wind direction, and sail control.

Clear feedback from the start

The deep, forgiving profile makes the relationship between power and depower easy to feel. Learners understand quickly what sheeting in and out actually does — which accelerates the grasp of balance, wind direction, and basic sail control. A well-defined centre of effort gives the rig a predictable, consistent character throughout.

Room to move on the board

The diagonally cut sail foot allows the rig to move freely over the board, making it easier for learners to steer and manoeuvre larger boards without the sail getting in the way.

Designed for schools and centres

Minimal downhaul tension and no complex tuning — the Swing V2 rigs quickly and without fuss. Each size is color-coded for fast identification on the water, so instructors and students can easily recognize which sail belongs to which rider. A rotating boom head ensures a secure connection between mast and boom at any height.

Modular and easy to transport

The Swing V2 is a practical option for windsups and travel. Sizes 4.5 and 5.5 are also available as a Compact version with a four-piece mast, three-piece boom, and a carry bag that fits neatly in a car boot.

Built to last

Dacron construction and a robust PVC window form a durable base, with reinforcement at all key wear points — contact zones on the board, the foot, and high-stress areas throughout the sail. Smaller sizes (1.0–2.5 m²) come with a lightweight aluminium mast, with an epoxy option available for added durability.

The Swing V2 is for anyone starting out in windsurfing who wants a rig that teaches the fundamentals without getting in the way of learning them. Simple to rig, clear to feel, and built to last.
